The Center for Industrial Competitiveness of the Department of Trade and Industry is conducting this Managers training workshop.

The training will discuss Productivity Improvement Plans (PIP) and 5S of Good Housekeeping practices.

Participants who attended our past seminars include companies from the Furniture, Food, Holiday D├®cor and Giftwares, Footwear, Garments and Resource-Based Sectors.

Please note that the program will only accept six (6) manufacturing companies in this last run.

• Develop PIPs and learn methods and techniques through a systematic approach
• Learn about good housekeeping practices that can be applied in your workplace.

This program is only for SMEs that have not yet gone through the EBESE program.

It requires at least three (3) representatives from your company from top-level management: owners and/or human resource / production managers to attend the managers training/workshop. They will serve as the Project Team who will lead the implementation of the productivity programs and activities for your company.

While the program is free of charge as part of the EBESE, a minimal fee of P800/pax shall be charged to cover the costs of food and venue.
