Export Documentation Zero-rated VAT Accreditation Pursuant to Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Department Administrative Order No. 3 Series of 1995 "Accreditation of Exporters vis-a-vis Incentives under the Export Development Act (R.A. No. 7844), PHILEXPORT can process the Zero-rated VAT Accreditation under EDA for endorsement to the Export Marketing Bureau (EMB). Zero-rated VAT is a sale, barter or exchange of goods, properties or services subject to 0% pursuant to Sections 106 (A2) and 108 (B) of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997. Qualified for zero-rated VAT accreditation are companies whose export sales is more than 70% of total year's sales.
