The Electronic to Mobile (E2M) system facilitates export and import documentation at the Bureau of Customs using value-added service providers. Exporters need to register and be accredited for the use of the E2M system. Members from PHILEXPORT can register through the attachment below while other exporters are encouraged to apply with their respective investment agencies.
