PHILEXPORT, in partnership with the Export Development Council, ensures that export financing schemes are available at internationally competitive rates, especially to small and medium direct and indirect exporters. Various sources of financing are as follows:

• Financing Programs for Micro, Small and Medium Term Enterprises

  The handbook (i.e. downloadable below) on financing programs for MSME provides a menu of financial services being offered by both the government and private institutions. It is published by the Bureau of Small and Medium Enterprises BSMED of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), 2007.

• Foundation for a Sustainable Society Inc. (FSSI)

  The foundation is a sustainable resource institution committed to social investments that facilitate the entry and participation of poor Filipino communities for the development of just, local economies.

• Matchmaking Facility (MMF) of the Embassy of the Netherlands

  MMF aims to assist private businesses (SMEs) in emerging markets to establish linkages with suitable business partners in The Netherlands.
